My name is Mee Jin Chen – 陳美 珍

Since childhood, I love traveling and cooking and enjoy different cuisine. I would like to  share my travel to countries near and far.  Immersing myself into the local  communities, foods, cultures of different people from all over the world have enriched my vision of the unusual and unexpected places!  

The Hakka community is the fourth-largest Chinese dialect group in Singapore. According to the 2010 Singapore census, the Hakkas made up about 8 percent of the Chinese resident population.

Malaysian Association of Southern California (MASC)was established in 1991 by Stephan Tan under different names like Kelab Malaysia, Malaysia club. It is a social organization for Malaysians residing in Southern California.

CUISINE

Delicious fried shrimp over tofu like “ha tosi” which uses bread. It is easy to make and enjoy with beer or wine.
